Trader Joe's Update
I'm a bit late in noticing this but the Summer edition of St. Louis Park Business Line Focus pegs the opening of the much-awaited first Trader Joe's as "sometime next spring." Stay tuned!

I just heard that Byerly's in S. Louis Park is completely remodeling their store to accomodate a kosher bakery and butcher! And greatly expand their kosher department. One reason why L'chaim is going to be closing. Did you know about that? I don't know how much longer Fishman's can stay open if this all happens.
